Down Syndrome

Down Syndrome Foundation is a charitable organization that partners with local, provincial, and community groups to improve the quality of life of people with Down syndrome. The Down Syndrome Foundation is committed to a new, action-oriented approach to making life better for people with Down syndrome and their families. We work from coast to coast to coast across Canada to uncover powerful models of Down syndrome support, and then liaise with and showcase the most successful initiatives, so that change-minded individuals and communities can learn from the nation’s best efforts.
